Video gradings are ideal if you are self taught or don't train under a PDC Approved Instructor.

If you want to grade online, here's what you have to do:  

1) Video your warm up.

2) Video your 10 level moves individualy.

3) Video the same 10 moves as part of a pole dance routine.

4) Video your cool-down/stretches.

5) Upload the lot to Youtube and send us the link with your AAP membership number.

There is a £15 online grading fee - which INCLUDES your certificate.

If you would prefer to grade with a PDC Instructor, contact any of the instructors on our instructor list and book yourself in.  Please also keep an eye on our events diary for open grading days offered by some schools.
