To celebrate the UK's 2nd Pole Dance Day Spin City Pole Fitness in Bristol will be holding a master class with Maxine Betts; Current Miss Pole Dance UK 2009 champion, Maxine is a 38 year old mother of two. A gymnast since the age of 6, she was training at junior national squad level by the age of 12. She continued her fitness and agility skills through 5 years in the British army. After taking time off from her career to independently raise her 2 children she decided in 2006 it was time to take the world by storm and restarted her career in the fitness world and started Polemania!
