UK Pole Dance day 2010 - Polenastics, Milton Keynes.

May 1st is the UK’s 2nd national Pole Dance Day and in celebration Polenastics are organising 2 drop in pole dancing taster classes for just £1 an hour and if the weather holds out we shall rock up with a stage outside too (we shall confirm details of location on the day depending on the weather)!

This is the perfect opportunity to get along to a class near you to have a go at pole fitness. If you have never tried it before but have secretly always wanted to, then make sure you come along to see what it’s all about!

So on May 1st we shall be running both the 12.30 – 1.30 pole dancing class at Kents Hill Health and Fitness Gym and the Saturdays class at Fusion in the National Badminton Centre at Loughton from 2-3pm as UK Pole Dance Day taster session for just £1 an hour and the 3-4 class in Letchworth Arts Centre for £1 =]

New and regular students are welcome along with all polers – come and celebrate this national pole dancing day with us.
