This is a national event organised by Equity Pole Dancer's Working party (EPDW).

JLN Pole Fitness welcomes students & the public to join us at the studio between
2pm – 5pm Saturday May 1st

The aim of UKPDD is to encourage the public to take a look at what is involved in today’s ‘art of Pole Dance’. There is still a stigma attached associated with Gentlemen’s clubs and we want to show everyone that this is not the case.

Pole Dance/Fitness is growing rapidly around the world and is a fun way to exercise.

Women of all ages, shapes and sizes are joining in and they are seeing amazing benefits. They are getting toned, losing weight, increasing their flexibility and gaining a lot of confidence.

Pole dancing sessions are not what you may think. Students take their sessions very seriously and work extremely hard to conquer new moves. There is a lot of strength and determination required to advance your capabilities, although fun this art form is extremely challenging!

Please come and join us and experience a fantastic way to keep fit and have fun.

We will be on hand to answer and questions you may have and we will be doing pole dancing demonstrations throughout the afternoon. If you would like to try some basic spins please bring your shorts along!
