Pole Fitness Leicester.

The Pole Dance Community would like to welcome its latest featured new approved pole dance school - Pole Fitness Leicester. We wish Julia and her team all the best for the future.

Pole Fitness Leicester was set up in September 2007, the school first started with the light hearted intent of offering something different, in the form of fitness, by running six week beginners courses at the weekends. Three years on and the school has grown in popularity and in skill. Pole Fitness Leicester still offers classes for beginners but now also has classes for intermediate and advanced pole dancing. Classes now run through the week and on the weekends, and many students attend classes up to three times a week.

The studio has four heavy duty poles, floor to ceiling mirrors and offers a great space for floor work and double routines. Dance bars are also used for stretching and strength exercises. The studio is strictly a woman only environment allowing the students to feel safe and at ease. Besides getting fit, strong and body confident, the classes are a fun environment to work out in and to make friends. All the girls help and encourage each other on the poles.

Pole Fitness Leicester has a real sense of community. A lot of the students have been with the school from the very beginning and new students are joining every week. Pole Fitness Leicester was set up and is still run by Julia Boccetti (pictured below). Julia is a qualified fitness professional with a background in gymnastics, yoga, dance and Martial arts. Julia has a deep passion for pole dancing and believes in bringing out the best in her students.

Pole Fitness Leicester is a fun and friendly way of getting fit. Let your hair down, get your hips swaying and energise the whole body!! Pole dancing is no longer a fitness craze, it has become an established form of exercise, improving body tone and conditioning, flexibility and core strength. Love your body and its ability. Julia Boccetti offers a combination of dance and choreography in her classes along with yoga techniques for stretching, gymnastics for advanced pole tricks and body weight resistance exercises for building strength, and of course a dash of sensuality to add a sprinkle of spice to the art of pole dancing!!
