Undertaking a grading allows students to prove to their friends and family that pole dancing has evolved and there is more to fitness pole dancing than simply wiggling your bottom around a pole. 

Once you have graded, feel free to use these logos on your websites and Facebook pages.  Well done to you :-)

Your privacy is paramount to us.  All AAP members can opt in or out of appearing on this list.  If you have graded but are not on the list, please let us know that we have permission to add you.  Conversely, if for whatever reason you do not want to appear here, just mail us and we will remove your name.

Video gradings are ideal if you are self taught or don't train under a PDC Approved Instructor.

If you want to grade online, heres what you have to do:                           

1) Video your warm up.

2) Video your 10 level moves individualy.

3) Video the same 10 moves as part of a pole dance routine.

4) Video your cool-down/stretches.

5) Upload the lot to Youtube and send us the link.

There is a £15 online grading fee - which INCLUDES your certificate.

Grade with a PDC Instructor!

If you can grade in person - simply book in with your PDC Approved instructor - she will update your AAP book, fill in all the paperwork and forward it to us on your behalf.

The PDC Approved instructer may make a 'reasonable' charge for conducting the grading.  Your certificate may then be purchased from us at a cost of £5 (+ p&p).
