Sam Remmer: Pole school in lancashire

Hi Michelle,

At present we have 1 PDC approved pole dance school in lancashire and that is http://www.jlnpolefitness.co.uk. If you do find another pole school in the area then make sure you check whether they have the correct insurance, how many people they take per pole, etc. You can use the PDC approved code of conduct to help you identify whether a pole school is reputable or not. - http://www.poledancecommunity.co.uk/codes-of-conduct/code-of-conduct-and-rules/danceschoolscofc.html

If you require any more help feel free to e-mail the team at info@poledancecommunity.co.uk

Sam Remmer: FAO Angel

Hi Angel,

Thanks for your comment. You will find the new Xpert and Xsport poles ideal for easy installation and removal. The Xpert has the added spinning option too. If you need any more help or advice just e-mail the team info@poledancecommunity.co.uk or visit: http://www.poledancecommunity.co.uk/x-poles-and-accessories/view-all-products.html

Both the Xpert and Xpsort poles are vastly improved compared to the old style poles.

Hi i want an x pole to practice on at home problem is pole has to come up and down due to space issues!  I was wondering which is better for this the old style x pole or the new x pole expert?  Anyone help a newbie dancer? Money really isnt an issue as i love the dancing!! x

Great site Sam!

It's important to have someone within the industry who is not only up-to-date with current issues, but who has the care and passion to keep us informed about them.

Thank you

Sams better half: Hello Girls

Hello girls (and guys?).

Not many messages here in the guestbook - I cant believe you are all shy!

Sam looks at this page every day and she has started to fret that nobody cares :-(

Well, I love you Sam and I think you have done loads of good work with this site.  And now that there are so many new articles and news items it shows that the pole dance community is really getting behind it too.  Thanks to all the schools who have registered and to all the new members who just like to look through the site.

Keep on doing what you are doing - every month it gets bigger and better.
