February 26th & 27th Burlesque Nights Out

Pole/ Burlesque Workshop+West End Burlesque Show + Free Champagne

Rock 'n' Roll Pole is pleased to host Burlesque Nights Out in The West End to go see sensuous singing and striptease sensation Miss Polly Rae  and her Hurly Burly Girls. We will have a one hour burlesque/pole lesson at The Factory (with a Rock 'n' Roll Pole teacher), followed by a champagne reception, followed by the show. The dates are 26th and 27th February and start at 5 PM for the lesson followed by the reception, followed by top seats for the show at 7:30 PM in the West End. Price will be £29.50 per person. February 27th Workshops -- Stripfitness, Pole/Burlesque, Sensuous Pole Dance Linking Moves:

On 27th February Rock 'n' Roll Pole is pleased to welcome Kathrine Porsman of Showdancefitness in Copenhagen, teaching a workshop in Stripfitness, a fun new fitness phenomenon currently sweeping the US, Europe, and even Australia. This first-of-its kind workshop in the UK will combine traditional striptease moves (no nudity!) with fast-paced sensuous dance and exercise moves set to upbeat music, to provide a sexy, aerobic workout with a twist. This is a non-pole based workshop.

So many of you have been asking for Sensuous Pole Dance Linking Moves in your poledancing that we have decided to run a workshop. Dana Mayer (pictured above) of Rock 'n' Roll Pole will be leading this workshop, focussing on just that. Learn to link your spins and tricks in a fun, flirty, and flowing manner. We will incorporate floorwork as well. This workshop is suitable for any level pole dancer except absolute beginner.

And, of course, we will be holding a Pole/Burlesque Lesson on this day as well. Emily Ford (pictured above), formerly of Bobbi's Pole Studio in Perth (home pole school of World Pole Champion Felix Cane) is the newest addition to the Rock 'n' Roll Pole Team and will be leading this lesson, combining burlesque moves and props with simple pole moves to make a fabulous combination burlesque/pole routine. Suitable for any level of burlesque and pole experience.

Workshop schedule:

1:00-2:30 PM Sensuous Pole Dance Linking Moves
3:00-4:30 PM Stripfitness
5:00-6:00 PM Pole/Burlesque

Price for each workshop (no show tickets included) is £25. Do two workshops for £45 or 3 for £60. Or do the whole workshop day plus the show for £69.50.
