The 1st Annual Fitness & Well-Being Retreat will be held in Barcelona on the 27th-31st May, 2010.

5 days/4 nights of delicious healthy food, daily yoga, Pilates, cardio & circuit training, pole
dancing, hiking, optional daily private one on one sessions and meditation with a
wonderful group of people in a gorgeous luxurious Spanish villa with pool in a
tranquil mountain setting
All for only £500 until February 28th -last day for early bird discount
Normal price £540 (Rooms for couples and suite available for supplement)

Combining a program of yoga, Pilates, personal training and pole dancing in a natural setting, close to Barcelona. This
is a unique and wonderful way to have fun with alternative forms of fitness and feel your wholeness and spirit while
connecting with the wonder of nature. Raphaella Rose will be leading the daily yoga and meditation portion of our
time together. Neville Kenwright will bring his enthusiasm & expertise in core strength, cardio, weight training and
boxing to work your fitness to new levels. Pole Dance Community approved pole dance instructor Justine McLucas (pictured below) will
conduct daily Pilates sessions to increase your core strength, as well as the opportunity to try Pole Dancing for fitness,
to increase upper body & ab strength as well as flexibility whilst enjoying a sensual exotic form of movement.

Michael will be our on-site chef preparing healthy, wholesome daily meals and snacks and sharing his knowledge and passion about food.
If you are new to any one the physical disciplines on offer, let this be an experience that awakens your body and mind to new ways of working.
By the end of the retreat you will have experienced a carefully designed schedule to enliven your spirit and of course
some important time out to relax. After all, this is your holiday!
Enjoy the natural surrounds close to Barcelona to the fullest capacity starting with a light breakfast in the early a.m
Followed by an optional power walk/ run. Then return to the retreat centre and immerse yourself in yoga and Pilates.
After that Neville will be leading circuit and weight training sessions, or your chosen private one on one session will be
Conducted in the afternoon or enjoy some relaxation time in our beautiful surroundings, then Justine’s exciting pole
classes of an evening. After the sun sets behind the mountain ranges, wind down with a restorative yoga and meditation class.
Nourishing meals with our private cook will delight your senses and you will learn more about nutrition in talks with Michael.
The schedule is balanced with structure and relaxation time. Each participant is invited to choose the activities and ways to spend time in the most nourishing way for themselves, at the same time we will encourage participation in certain sessions for those who need extra motivation!
Price includes: 4 nights accommodation, daily meals and all snacks, daily yoga, Pilates, group fitness, 2x private
sessions, pole dancing classes and a variety of talks on nutrition, yoga philosophy.
